"From the twelfth to the fourteenth of June the African continent
will play host, for the first time, to the V IBSA General Assembly".
 Casablanca will be the meeting place for all
the world blind sports representatives that make up our Federation.
We hope that this event may mark an important advance in the development
of our sport in Morocco.
We wish to encourage the Organising Committee and thank them for their
collaboration, as well as the contribution made by the authorities and institutions
to the success of this Assembly
