VISUALLY IMPAIRED SKIERS SABINE GASTEIGER AND CHRISTOPHER WILLIAMSON TAKE HONOURS AT FIRST IPC ALPINE SKIING WORLD CUP RACES
Austrian skiers Sabine Gasteiger (B3) and Canadian Christopher Williamson (B3) have taken the lead in the visually impaired category following the first event of this season’s IPC Alpine Skiing World Cup in Abtenau, Austria.
This week sees the action move on to Queyras, France, for the second event in the World Cup (until January 20th). Following a break in the schedule for European Cup and other events, the World Cup resumes at the Kangwon Land High Ski Resort, Jeong Seon, South Korea mid-February before the finals are held in Hakuba, Japan, from February 21st to 26th.
